Our Yoga Classes at Define Fitness are essential if you’re looking for a stronger back, flatter stomach, better posture and some all over tone, not to mention a more balanced and strengthened mental outlook. Our Yoga Classes are have a Yoga Flow focus and are for everyone, whatever your age, body composition or fitness level.
Yoga flow is an Ashtanga inspired practice designed to leave you invigorated and energised. 60 minutes of yoga flow will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to start the day. This class has a focus on flexibility, mobility and strength. We try not to stop and start in this practice so get ready to channel Pratyahara (senses withdrawal) and tap into your inner yogi. All fitness levels welcome.
Our yoga class offers something for people of all fitness levels. Use this class to supplement weights and cardio training or as a an opportunity to stretch and increase mobility. This is a Vinyasa based class which offers many variations to each asana (pose). Start your day with some time focused on increasing clarity and promoting concise decision making. Allow yourself to be submerged in aligning breath with movement. Enjoy a healthy Savasana at the end of class.
In our Yoga Classes we focus on improving your posture and stability, addressing injuries or bad habits, improving your fitness and general well-being, and balancing and strengthening the mind and body. Our Yoga Classes are a dynamic experience. Energising, detoxing, and fun. The class structure encourages you to challenge yourself, leaving you feeling optimistic and strong. In class, students focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.
Suitable for all experience levels, many options are available for those building strength or wishing to elevate their practice. Options and modifications are available whether your focus is to challenge or take it slower.
