Nutritional Plan – This is one of the MAJOR components of this challenge. We are not into prescribing set nutritional plans and have incorporated flexibility. In the Nutritional Plan, you are given 4 Meal Plan Timing Templates to follow. We all know it’s about the diet (hate that word) but we are going to make sure you follow proven systems that will still have you eating real food. You will love our “Aussie Beach Themed” recipes too.
15 Minute (or less) Workouts for Home –We will instruct you what to do on the days you’re not with us. This is via our “Finishers,” our specialised Fat Burning Training Program GUARANTEED to burn calories and melt unwanted fat from your body, especially your belly, hips, arms & thighs!

Once you sign up for the program you will receive an email receipt. In the receipt notes you will find the links to all of the documents with all of the details on how to get started. Everything is formatted in an e-book so you are able to access the content anywhere and print out materials that you want to take with you.
