Our Bootcamps are the best in Canberra! They for the client who wants to achieve some weight loss, transform, feel better and more fit. At Define Fitness there is no ‘typical’ Bootcamp session. Our systems are designed as a whole body workout that will improve your stamina, fitness, and strength in fun and interesting ways.

If you’ve never done a push up or a sit up, you’ve never been athletic, or don’t know how to flip a tyre, you wont feel out of place at our Beginner Fitness sessions. Although Beginner Fitness runs as a group, it is designed to facilitate all beginners. We know precisely how to tailor the workouts to each individual, so you can be sure you always get what you need.

Our yoga-inspired Flex & Stretch classes are essential if you’re looking for a stronger back, flatter stomach, better posture and some all over tone, not to mention a more balanced and strengthened mental outlook. Flex & Stretch at Define Fitness is based on physiotherapy principles and exercise science with each class teaching stability and flexibility in a fun and exciting way.

Learn to box, with focus pads, jump rope and tabata conditioning drills. Uppercut is also for the client who wants to achieve some weight loss, transform, feel better and more fit. Our trainers use Punchfit systems so that the whole body will improve its stamina, fitness, and strength.
