Mums & Bubs Class

Mums“Define Fitness Mums & Bubs classes are an hour long, and involve your bubba and the great outdoors. Classes start with a moderate warm up walk, moving into a power walk or run to raise our heart rates. This is when you start to burn fat! Each class includes group exercises specifically selected to strengthen and tone particular muscle groups, and enable Mums to cope with the demands of motherhood. You finish off with a cool down and stretch. Included in the sessions are tips and techniques on adopting and maintaining better posture and of course the chance to chat and make new friends. Think of the class as an “active mothers group!”

All Mums & Bubs classes have been developed by experts to suit the various stages Women go through after having a baby. Define Fitness trainers are experts in assessing how hard to work each Mum, and will always ensure safe technique is used to gain maximum results.”

Please note: You do not have to be a runner or have a running pram to participate in our Mums and Bubs sessions.

Class Information (Answers to FAQs)

Do I bring my pram?

We recommend and absolutely encourage you to bring your pram along as we will be using the pram throughout the session.

Do I bring my own mat?

We suggest you bring your own mat along. This way you are the only one that uses it and therefore we are a hygienic as possible!

Do I bring my baby?

Don’t leave bubba at home, we want the little one there with you.

What if my baby starts throwing a tantrum?

When you attend these sessions it does not matter if bubba throws a tanty and makes life difficult, remember it is a Mums and Bubs class, we will embrace it!

Will the class be like mother’s group?

Essentially we want this class to be an “active mother’s group!” We will encourage and facilitate a coffee after and join you in doing so!

Will my instructors be females?

Yes. Shiree will be taking classes. In the case where a relief instructor is needed you might end up with a Male Define Fitness Instructor.

How much will the classes cost?

$165 - 12 x sessions. This also includes our Smoothie 101 guide, Our Get Healthy and Lose Weight Cookbook, access to a private Facebook group setup for all mums and bubs of Define Fitness, and access to our community that is Define Fitness!
